We used one of the last evenings before the lockdown and went to La Colomba for an Italian meal. As always, the welcome is very friendly, the dishes are typical of an Italian pizzeria | Ristorante. All dishes are freshly prepared and are very tasty cooked and finely seasoned. The Italian flair from the kitchen cannot be denied. One of our friends' children in particular loves this restaurant, because the Columba master chef is one of the few chefs who has decided to also offer gluten-free dishes. If you don't have problems with gluten, you don't even notice things that are very important to others. The service is friendly and brisk, there are a few parking spaces in front of the building and a smaller outdoor area in summer. Of course, all meals are also available to pick up.

You hardly believe it. An Italian "Mamma" and a Turkish head waiter lead an Italian pizzeria near Herrenberg. And she has been doing well for over 22 years. Actually very good. The place is still packed even late at night, the staff extremely attentive, the map very well structured and the prices reasonable. A large wine selection is perfectly complemented by the open house wines. The business cards of each restaurant are almost too well maintained to go through the toilet. Flowers, decoration and a brilliant cleanliness coincide with the overall impression. A Prosecco as welcome anticipates the mood. The food is rich and also excellent. Free tables are immediately covered with new blankets and freshly set. A reservation is strongly recommended. Even if the sign outside is not lit, the many vehicles in front of the door show you the way.
